Would it be cheating if you use Photoshop??

In my own opinion I do not think it is cheating. It only enhances the original image taken. you have to start out with a solid foundation and decent picture from the beginning to be able to make that picture more appealing to the eye. people will notice if the original image has any pop by how the finished image will look. The people using Photoshop must understand the basics of photography to be able to catch the light and different angles of pgotography.
